A. Faulty Thermostat

B. Plugged Drainline

C. Insufficient Ventilation
Insufficient ventilation is typically caused by: 1. Covering the unit or 2. Improper Installation.

1. Covers: Do Not Cover the Intake Grill or Ventilation Fans

2. Improper Installation:
The WhisperKool unit is either not mounted high enough in the wine cellar, or the exhaust room does not provide the appropriate air flow and ventilation.
