- Request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receipt.

- On a notepad, write your WhisperKOOL Serial Number (located on the unit and on the box).

- Inspection check list form: before proceeding to submit your request for a replacement unit, you need to go through the trouble shooting check list to ensure a) the unit is installed, operating and maintained according to operational guidelines.

- Photos of the damage are helpful, but not required.

Our goal is to support WhisperKOOL owners and correct any issues involved with wine cooling and storage. Therefore, when applying for a Replacement Under Warranty, we ask that you complete the following items.

- Photos: To better support you and your wine storage needs, we ask for photos to help find any possible obstacles that may interfere with your WhisperKOOL effectiveness. Review the photo requirements in In Warranty Replacement Request Forms & Documentation (PDF, 270KB)

- Sign Replacement agreement:
This agreement clearly states our obligation to you and you agree to return your old unit.
